Study Finds Area Where Home Prices Are Low

Temple area housing is not just affordable but cheaper than it should be, all things being equal, according to a new national study.

Home prices are as much as 20 percent lower than the study authors anticipate they should be in this area.

The study, called “House Prices in America,” was put together by Global Insight, an international research company, and National City Corp., a financial holding company.
